DedicatedHub answers one question about a dedicated service agreement: over a date range, did any driver on the agreement operate a power unit or trailer that is not part of it? Samsara supplies who drove which unit and which trailer was attached, and TruckMate’s lease and contract (LCM) tables supply the agreement: the contract, its schedules, and the drivers and equipment assigned to each with effective dates.

A new audit picks a contract (those with an active dedicated schedule are listed first), the drivers to include, and a date range. Preview is required before anything is saved. The server pulls driver-vehicle assignments from Samsara, separates trailer time from power unit time, joins them by overlap, splits at local midnight, and collapses the result to one row per driver, date, unit, and trailer with first seen, last seen, and minutes. Each row is judged against the equipment in effect on that date and tagged OK, unit or trailer not in agreement, or unmapped when a Samsara name cannot be resolved to a TruckMate number. Run Audit saves the rows so the run can be reopened, filtered, sorted, and exported to CSV or Excel, with a second tab listing agreement equipment that saw no use.

Batch Audit runs every contract with an active dedicated schedule for one range, by default the previous company week, and lists exceptions per contract. A print-quality exception report for a run or a batch renders to PDF through headless Chrome. The Mappings page links TruckMate driver codes to Samsara drivers, auto-matched by name with common nickname equivalences and confirmed by hand, and holds equipment overrides for unit names that do not normalize cleanly. Samsara pulls are cached, all TruckMate access is read-only, and Settings has test buttons for both connections.
